PET POLICY:
Two (2) pet max. I hereby agree to the following house rules for pets while staying at Serenity on the Lake:
• Host must approve dog/s prior to booking.
• No cats. Only dogs allowed.
• Guests are permitted two dogs weighing 60 pounds or less unless Host agrees in advance.
• The dog must be healthy and up to date on rabies and DHPP vaccines.
• Guests will always keep the dog on a leash when outside the home.
• Unattended dogs must be crated.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog waste, as well as cleaning dog before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels to clean dogs.
• Dog waste bags are NOT provided. Please bag and dispose of waste in the garbage can on the side of the house.
• Guests will use the back yard for the dog to defecate/urinate. Guests will not let the dog relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards.
• A dog bed is not provided. Please bring your own. The dog is not allowed on the guest beds or furniture.
CHILD SAFETY:
• Please note this is a lakefront property. If you have young children, please take this into consideration.
POOL LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming and the use of swimming equipment are AT YOUR OWN RISK. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming that may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using any pool equipment. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that a confirmed booking at Serenity on the Lake constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
CITY OF MOSES LAKE VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Max Occupancy (daytime & nighttime): 6 guests (Up to four (4) children under the age of six (6) do not count towards the overall maximum occupancy of the rental).
2. Minimum age to rent is 25.
3. Max number of vehicles: 2 (trailers must be parked on the street and hooked up to a vehicle)
4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM
5. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
6. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (dogs & children included)
7. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans
VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. Fine per violation by the City of ML
2. Immediate eviction
3. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate
HOUSE RULES:
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement
Security Deposit Required of up to $300
Minimum age to rent is 25.
NO Smoking. NO Parties/Events
Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Pool/Spa is closed from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM
*By booking this home, you agree to the following:
-No loud music
-No disruptive behavior at all hours of the day
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am
-Pool/Spa are closed during quiet hours
-Noise complaints from neighbors are serious and may result in cancelation of your reservation. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
-Home is equipped with noise monitoring
-No smoking, $500 fee for signs of smoking or cigarette end clean up
This is not a party house.
