The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances—a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, range, and microwave—as well as quartz countertops, a large pantry, and all the everyday essentials such as cookware, dishes, utensils, and a coffee maker. The main level has laminate flooring throughout, paired with 9-foot ceilings that enhance the open layout. A washer and dryer are included.

Outside, a large private patio offers room to create your own outdoor setup. A privacy fence surrounds the space, and the attached single-car garage provides secure parking along with an EV charging plug. The townhome is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Two (2) pet max. I hereby agree to the following house rules for pets:
• Host must approve pets prior to booking.
• Guests are permitted two pets weighing 60 pounds or less unless Host agrees in advance.
• The pets must be healthy and up to date on rabies and DHPP vaccines.
• Guests will always keep the pets on a leash when outside the home.
• Unattended pets must be crated.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all pet waste, as well as cleaning pet before he/she comes indoors. Guests must bring their own towels to clean pets.
• Guests will use the back yard for the pet to defecate/urinate. Guests will not let the pet relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards.
• A dog bed is not provided. Please bring your own. The dog is not allowed on the guest beds or furniture.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
